The gite accommodates four people in a restored barn adjacent to the old farm house of Camuzat surrounded by the orchards, vineyards and fields of the lush French countryside typical of the Lot et Garonne area.

The gite has been newly renovated to a high standard of comfort while retaining much of the old stone walls and beams of the original building. There is a comfortable sitting area with dining table and full modern kitchen at the opposite end of the large room. Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms and modern bathrooms.

All rooms are furnished with style and quality.

The gite is situated on a small ridge with sweeping views over the valley of the river Baise to the East and the Osse valley to the West.

There are two separate outdoor dining areas - a patio with barbecue and a covered terrace off the living room providing shade from the summer sun.

The two bedrooms lead on to a large deck with glorious evening sunsets over the Osse valley. The large swimming pool is located in the orchard and is for exclusive use of gite guests with the exception of an occasional dip from the owners if they are in residence.

An additional apartment accommodating 4 more people may be available on request for parties of up to 6 or 8. Perfect for a delightful vacation or for house hunting in the area.
